当社は正確な商品情報の提供に努めていますが、商品の在庫状況、パッケージ、価格は予告なく変更される場合があります。

4. Orders and Payment / 注文およびお支払い

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer

All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY).

For bank transfer orders, payment must be completed before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

ご注文は在庫状況および当社の承認を条件とします。

現在ご利用いただけるお支払い方法：

• 代金引換（COD）
• 銀行振込

すべての価格は日本円（JPY）で表示されています。

銀行振込の場合、特別な合意がない限り、入金確認後に発送いたします。

5. Delivery / 配送について

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, transportation issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

当社は予定された配送期間内のお届けに努めますが、天候、交通事情、祝日その他当社の管理を超える事由により遅延が発生する場合があります。

配送予定日は目安であり、保証するものではありません。

6. Returns and Refunds / 返品・返金について

Due to the nature of food, grocery, frozen, and perishable products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

• You received the wrong item;
• An item is missing;
• A product arrived damaged; or
• A product is defective.

Photographic evidence may be requested.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

食品・冷凍食品・生鮮食品の特性上、原則として返品・交換はお受けできません。

ただし、以下の場合は商品到着後48時間以内にご連絡ください。

• 注文と異なる商品が届いた場合
• 商品が不足している場合
• 商品が破損している場合
• 商品に不良がある場合

確認のため写真の提出をお願いする場合があります。

内容確認後、交換、返金、またはストアクレジットにて対応いたします。

7. Customer Responsibilities / お客様の責任

Customers must provide accurate names, delivery addresses, and contact information.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by customers.

お客様は正確な氏名、住所および連絡先を提供するものとします。

誤った情報に起因する配送遅延または配送不能について、当社は責任を負いません。

8. Intellectual Property / 知的財産権

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Total Sewa Co., Ltd.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

当ウェブサイト上のロゴ、画像、文章、商品説明、デザイン等のすべてのコンテンツは、Total Sewa株式会社またはそのライセンサーに帰属します。

無断での複製、転載、配布を禁止します。
