Delivery Areas / 配送地域

We deliver nationwide across Japan.
日本国内全域へ配送いたします。

Shipping Charges / 配送料金

• For deliveries via truck or plane, shipping charges are applied according to Sagawa Express or Japan Post rates.
  陸送または航空便での配送の場合、佐川急便または日本郵便の料金に従い、配送料がかかります。

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee / 代金引換手数料: ¥350

• Frozen Items / 冷凍商品:

  • Up to 10kg: ¥800 / 10kgまで：¥800

  • Up to 20kg: ¥1,200 / 20kgまで：¥1,200

Example / 例:
If your order includes a frozen item and you choose COD, the total delivery fee will be:
冷凍商品を含み、代金引換を選択した場合の合計配送料金：

¥800 + ¥350 = ¥1,150

Delivery Time / 配達日数

• Orders are usually shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  注文は支払い確認後、通常2〜5営業日以内に発送されます。

• Delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
  配送日数はお届け先によって2〜4営業日程度かかります。

• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  発送後、追跡番号をお知らせします。

Shipping Carriers / 配送業者

We use reliable courier services such as Sagawa Express and Japan Post, depending on the product and destination.
商品や配送先に応じて、佐川急便、日本郵便など信頼できる配送業者を使用します。

Important Notes / ご注意事項

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
  配送先で必ず受け取り可能な方がいるようにしてください。

• For frozen items, make sure to store them properly upon arrival.
  冷凍商品は到着後、適切に保管してください。

• We do not ship internationally at this time.
  現在、国際配送は行っておりません。
